Past Events - Juan Luis Aviles comes to Hartlepool

Members of the public (mainly fair trade supporters) and
college staff also attended. Juan Luis Aviles a Fairtrade
farmer, was present for the meal and afterwards gave a
presentation on Cashew Nuts in El Salvador which was well
received.
All present learned much about cashew nuts and how Fairtrade
had helped in El Salvador.
Reporters and photographers from the Hartlepool Mail &
Northern Echo were present, and half page features appeared
in both papers.
