Hartlepool Wins Fairtrade Fortnight 2010 Award
Hartlepool's imaginative recreation of the Boston Tea Party won Best Tea Activity, which saw members of the local diving club dressed up as human teabags and dunked into Hartlepool Marina by local school children! Staff at the local Co-operative store also got involved by waltzing down the aisles at their own instore tea dance, in addition to a range of Tea themed events aimed at businesses, schools and the general public.
